What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping, is a relaxation technique that has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, addresses anxiety, depression, persistent weight issues and addictions, using the main acupuncture points on the body. EFT is similar to acupuncture, as it achieves healing by stimulating the body’s meridians and energy flow, but it does not involve needles! The most remarkable aspects of this technique are its simplicity and effectiveness on so many issues.
Tapping is painless and can be learned by anyone – even children! You can tap on yourself whenever you want and wherever you are. It empowers you to heal yourself and puts you back in control of your life as you work on clearing emotional distress coming from your unique life challenges and experiences.
What is an EFT Practitioner?
An EFT (or Tapping) Practitioner is a professional who has been trained to work with you in a one-to-one setting – either online or in person – or in a group setting, using the EFT technique and also in conjunction with other modalities and processes as deemed by the Practitioner that are best suited to your needs, to help you overcome challenges you’re currently going through. EFT enables healing on a variety of issues such as stress (chronic or acute), depression, anxiety, past or recent trauma, self-esteem/confidence, low energy, bullying, being bullied, physical pain (including widespread chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia or similar, or localised), phobias, negative emotions, clearing blocks to financial success, striving to improve work/life balance, and many more.
